Consultancy Speciality 

Eco Tourism Ireland focuses off provision of Consultancy on Tourism, in particular the Short Term Rental sector. What is referred to as Advise from Eco Tourism consultancy.ie Ireland

Consultation 

Each consultation contract is entered into by Eco Tourism Ireland and a client. Each client is treated with confidentiality and respect. If a client is willing to give information on their business once it is functioning we request that they reference the advise and guidance of Eco Tourism Consultancy.  

Payment – Terms of Payment are agreed before the consultation begins with specific time allocation. Charges per hour for the project will be agreed in advance. For larger projects 50% money is paid in advance and the remainder on completion of the project. Vat rate of 23% is chargeable on top of basic fee and paid by the client.  

We can also offer making presentation on a project or attending consultancy and meeting  

Timescale  

Timescales for the consultancy is 2 to 6 months. A document will be produced after an online consultancy conversation. The document can only produced once all data is provided by the client within 2 months of the initial conversation. If documentation, images are not provided the contract will be terminate the agreement, with no claim of refund.  

Meetings  

Meetings will be online by zoom, with meeting time booked online in advance. If a site visit is requested date and time is made advance. One report will be provided in each case. If there is a requirement to attend meetings or conferences to discuss conclusions of the consultation this need to be agreed in advance.  

Obligations  

The Consultantion does not give a guarantee that a project can be completed. All recommendations will be based on data, images and documents provided. Consultation will refer to LEO and DEDPs for an area in the concussion. Proposed structures, services and systems will be proposed to run an effective business. But the consultants cannot be held responsible if the result is not as expected on hoped 

Legal Requirements 

Recommendations will be made by Consultant which will breach Irish law. Planning permission needs to be requested for all building development and documentation provided. Eco Tourism development is our speciality and we recommend other specialists to work with to complete the project  

Standard of service. 

The Consultancy service will provide best reasonable care and skill in performing the service. Visit to site can be organised with payment of travel added to the consultancy fee and linked to timescale of the project.  

Intellectual Property 

All documents profiled as part of the consultation will be the intellectual property (IP) of the customer. The customer can use the documentation to support development of the project.  

The rates quoted or base number of hours for development of a  Business Plan and Feasibility study and will be billable in advance  if more hours are needed on behalf of the consulate to complete the project.  

Publications 

All materials provided as part of the consultation will belong to the client. There will be limited right to publish in anonymised format if approved by the client. Before publication client will have an opportunity to review document prior to publication.  Blog content can reference a project, without giving specifics. An opportunity will be provided in some cases to write a blog about a project and have links to the relevant business.   

Warranties 

Consultancy recommendations and report is dependant on data provided by the client. Full ownership of the land, building and business need to be provided by the client at start of consultation. Consultation is not provided for speculative projects.   Consultation warrants that as far as it is aware, but without having conducted any searches or investigations, it has obtained all necessary and required consents and permits to perform the consultancy services. 

Liability 

The consultancy service provides recommendations for the best way to provide a viable business.  It is the clients decision whether to take that advise and commercial or operational decisions made by the client. If consultant is unable to complete the project due to illness or force major no fee will be charged. No further liability will be requested by the client.
